Why this dad is cooler than your dad: He saved a baby deer from its dead mother's womb

One dad is cooler than your dad because he will pull a baby deer from its mother's womb and resuscitate it back to life.  According to Alecia Geddings, it happened the day after Mother's Day.  She was driving in Brunswick County and hit a mama deer.

The deer died  on impact, but as she looked closer, she could see something moving and kicking in her stomach.

Alecia's distant cousin, Blake Hobbs, helped cut out the fawn.  It wasn't breathing.  His daughter and niece (5 and 6 years old) started crying.  So what did Blake do?  He gave it mouth-to-mouth.  Duh!

Unfortunately, the fawn died about three hours later.  But, as far as the girls know, the deer is hanging out at a zoo.  Still, this is why Blake Hobbs wins the award for dad of the year.
