We had such a great time cooking on the Hangout Network via Google+. Larry Fournillier is a chef in the Caribbean and runs a popular show over Google's social networking site. I had the chance to be his special guest. He took a favorite Korean dish and gave it some Caribbean flare. I made bulgogi and kimchi fried rice! Our hangout had a great group of people, and it went live over YouTube. One of the ingredients we used was scotch bonnet pepper. If you have a hard time finding it, try looking for it at an Asian market. I bought mine at Saigon Market. I could only find scotch bonnet pepper sauce. It is incredibly HOT! But delicious. We only used about a half teaspoon in our recipe, and trust me, it was enough! Larry took my traditional bulgogi recipe and added cumin, ginger and scotch bonnet pepper sauce. My husband liked the food so much that he nearly ate the entire plate! CIRCLE US FOR A CIRCLE BACK! +Larry Fournillier +Michelle Li +Fox Wilmington
