Koreatown: A Cookbook Dinner -- in Madison

Anthony Freaking Bourdain likes this book. So does Edward Lee and Andrew Zimmern.  And, for one night, the authors cook from the book in Madison!

Chef Tory Miller of Sujeo will be hosting Deuki Hong and Matt Rodbard (also a UW grad) who brought us this beautiful cookbook of Koreatown recipes. 

In short, this is a trailblazing cookbook with about 100 recipes and profiles about lesser-known aspects of Korean food, drink and culture.
