The easiest dumpling recipe --
Half a cabbage
shittake mushrooms (but any would do)
Cut and cook the mushrooms, cabbage and onions in a little bit of oil. Once finished cooking, place a spoonful of the cooked mixture in a round wonton wrapper. Then, fry - Blue Apron suggested using a couple of tablespoons of butter and then spoon it over the wontons while frying - yes, do that.
For dipping sauce, you can use soy sauce and a tad bit of vinegar. I add scallions, Korean red pepper and a dash of sesame oil.
