Don't forget this healthy treat your dogs will love!

It is a real "treat" to give your dogs carrots, especially when they think they're just orange bones. 

Minnie and Piper recently went to Camp K9 for the weekend and the workers took a pic of Minnie holding a carrot in her mouth. It's so funny because Piper always chomps hers in half immediately and Minnie runs away and tries to hide her carrot. 

Either way, I love it. I buy a big 10 pound bag for like $6 at Costco. It usually lasts us two or three weeks. I cut the carrot in half and then I re-cut the top in half so that we get three servings out of each carrot. I do this because the carrots are so thick at Costco, which makes them fun to chew.

A lot of you said you give your dogs salmon, broccoli, cauliflower, even lettuce. What else is a good, healthy snack?
