It's now been a little more than a full week of working out with Adam Freeman. And let me tell you, he is such a great motivator. A friend of mine said it best--Adam helps you lose weight without losing your dignity. He's the kind of guy who will push you hard but will always be encouraging.
Anyway, Adam says we've had great progress, and we're still going strong! But, what I need to do now is really focus on what's going on outside the gym... like what I'm eating! Knowing your BMR is a huge step in losing weight. That's the amount of calories your body burns everyday without doing anything... How many calories can you burn just by laying in bed all day? [FIND OUT YOUR BMR HERE] From there: 1. Keep track of your workouts 2. Subtract the difference in calories burned 3. And by the end of the week you may drop a pound or two! By the way, 3500 calories = 1 lb. Hope that wasn't too much math for you today!! My BMR is 1382 calories... what's yours?

I have recently started working with a professional trainer. This is such a fantastic experience. The schedule of exercise refresh your body.
